Shipping Tangible goods: All tangible goods orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receiving them and they are shipped out the next business day via FedEx. Please wait 10 business days to receive your product. If you live outside the United states, please allow up to 30 days to receive your goods (it usually takes less time than that). If you haven't received your product within 10 business days (or 30 days respectively), contact us and we will help you to resolve the matter. Tangible items are sold worldwide, however, adjusted shipping rates will apply. Electronic goods: Electronically delivered goods (such as an ebook) are considered an "instant" download. These products are delivered either by email or download via website moments after you purchase them. However, please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your product via email or website download (you will be given instructions on how to do this). Electronic goods are usually delivered within 15 minutes, which, depends on network traffic and a host of other factors. If you do not receive your electronic goods within this 15 minute window, contact us and we will help resolve the matter efficiently. Most orders you can place using our website. However, if you wish to place an order via postal mail, you send a USD money order, personal check, or business check to our physical address. DO NOT SEND CASH. Please note that checks and money orders may take up to 7 business days to clear. We will only ship the product once the funds clear to our bank. Address it to: Returns & Refunds Tangible goods: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the goods purchased at UltimateCuckold.net, you may return them in their original condition for a full refund within 90 days (minus shipping & handling). Any damaged goods returned to us will be appraised as to it's net value in accordance with it's damage, and a refund will be issued hence forth. This policy does not cover tangible items lost in transit in the mail, damaged in the the mail, stolen or otherwise lost by the purchaser.
